Berbere sea salt

Ingredients
Grey sea salt, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, dried red chillies, black and green cardamoms, turmeric, black peppercorns and ajwain seeds.
An Ethiopian blend of spices added to many local dishes, from baked fish dishes to chicken stews. The name is pronounced Bari-Baray.
Great on
Rice, to give it a bit of a bite.
Mushrooms, just sprinkle a little on to bring out the flavours.
Lamb - sprinkled on to give a "Moroccan" influence.
