Mediterranean style sea salt
Ingredients
Coarse grey sea salt with basil, oregano, parsley & black pepper corns.
Great on
Sprinkled onto raw tomatoes, with a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and roasted in the oven.
As a finishing salt on Spaghetti Bolognese or Meatballs.
Added to potato wedges about 15 minutes before serving.
As a lite-bite, sprinkled on plain unsalted pasta tossed in a little olive oil.
