Just as its title suggests, nothing but natural, unrefined, wet, grey celtic sea salt.  Retaining all its nutrients and trace elements, we use natural grey celtic sea salt because it absorbs the flavours and aromas of the herbs and spices which we use in our blends, to a higher intensity than dried salts, enabling you to get more (flavour) for less (salt).

Used on its own, natural grey sea salt has a pure, fresh taste, and an incredible crunch sensation, when used as a finishing salt.

Tips 'n' Tricks

Sterlising your Jars

The easiest method for sterilising jars is to fill them with boiling water, let them stand for several minutes, then tip the water out. Do not dry the jars. Fill immediately with hot contents. Use a dry cloth to hold the hot jars.
