Serve with rosemary roast potatoes, baked tomatoes and roasted vegetables

Mix a teaspoon of mixed aromatic dried herbs (basil, oregano, marjoram) with a teaspoon of my Italian mix and some olive oil then toss goats cheese pieces in and serve on top of a crisp salad with some herby croutons.
-
Blend a teaspoon of Mediterranean mix with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and a tablespoon of olive oil, cut tomatoes in half, put a teaspoon on each cut half then bake or grill until cooked.
-
Grate some carrots into a bowl, zest and juice an orange into the carrots sprinkle in a teaspoon of Winter Spice and toss together – better than coleslaw.
