Spicy dishes sea salt
Ingredients
Coarse grey sea salt with onion, cumin, chilli, dried garlic, mint, parsley & black pepper corns.
Great on
Mix some Spicy Mix with a little olive oil and use as a marinade for lamb dishes or barbecued brochettes.
Add a sprinkle to liven up unsalted rice before serving.
With meatballs to give a slightly spicy sauce and a bite from the chunks of chilli!
