CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations can be made by contacting us through the 'Contact' facility on our website within 48 hours of placing your order; with all money being returned within 30 days.
ORDERS – Domestic customers
Payment must be made by automated payment services (such as Paypal or Google Checkout). For bank transfers and other payment methods, please contact us before placing your order through the 'Contact' facility on our website.
ORDERS – Bulk buying customers
Payment must be made by bank transfer within 48 hours of the order being placed.
TITLE OF GOODS
Goods supplied by Crompton’s Kitchen to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.
PRICES
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING – Domestic customers
Orders placed will normally be delivered within 7 days, unless we have contacted you and agreed alternative terms. (Usually domestic orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order and cleared funds as long as all goods are in stock - if something is out of stock we will notify you before the goods are dispatched).
Delivery is via Parcel Post and delivery time is in accordance with this (5 working days). Where parcels cannot be delivered a calling card is usually left and it is your responsibility to collect your items. Someone needs to be available at the customer's elected delivery address. Orders within a 15 mile radius of Ottery St Mary, Devon will be delivered personally.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING – Bulk buying customers
Orders placed will normally be dispatched within 28 days, unless we have contacted you and agreed alternative terms. (Usually within 14 days of receipt of order and cleared funds as long as all goods are in stock - if something is out of stock we will notify you before the goods are dispatched). Orders within a 15 mile radius of Ottery St Mary, Devon will be delivered personally.
Delivery is through standard Parcel Post or, for overseas customers, via an agreed international company and delivery time is in accordance with this. Where parcels cannot be delivered a calling card is usually left and it is your responsibility to collect your items. Someone needs to be available at the customer's elected delivery address.

Our prices are exclusive of postage. Should you require priority postage, please contact us through our 'Contact' facility on our website.
DELIVERY CHARGES – Bulk buying customers
Our bulk prices are exclusive of shipping and packaging costs which should be discussed with us prior to ordering.
All goods must be checked for damage and counted upon receipt. Any damage or shortages must be brought to our attention firstly through our 'Contact' facility on our website within 24 hours of delivery.
No credit or refund will be give for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or merchandising by the customer, of any goods supplied by Cromptons Kitchen.
Please read and adhere to any care instructions that are supplied with our products.
None of the foregoing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
COMPLAINTS
If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service please feel free to contact us through “Contact” facility on our website. We will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
MISTAKES IN PAYMENTS
Any mistakes in payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.
GUARANTEE
All goods offered by the company are guaranteed to meet statutory requirements. However, the company cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.
