Coarse grey sea salt with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, star anise, ginger & pink pepper corns.
Great on
Courgettes rubbed with a little walnut oil then sprinkled with Winter Spice and baked in your oven at 160°C for 20-30 minutes are a great treat.
Grated carrots, mixed with a little fresh orange juice and sultanas, for a tasty salad.
Added to Caribbean Bananas and Vanilla Ice Cream.
